Living Springs provides the ideal setting for people connect with each other, connect with nature and discover more about the big things in life. Inspiration is everywhere and the stunning view of the Harbour combined with great food and accommodation make Living Springs the perfect place to meet all your needs and expectations for your group event.
Functions rooms, meeting rooms, outdoor pursuits, plus close proximity to Christchurch make this an ideal venue. Accommodation available for up to 220 people. Team-building and adventure activities are on offer as are self-catering options. Every booking is customised and the staff do everything it takes to make your stay memorable.
Facilities, Accommodation & Catering
There are many meeting spaces available for use including a large auditorium seating up to 250 people, plus a large playing field and indoor heated swimming pool. A pdf is available for download which explains the facilities, accommodation and catering options on offer. Most large groups choose the catered options but there are self-catering options available. There are also choices for additional services and options regarding duties and final clean. All bookings are customised to meet the needs of your group.
Activities
There are many onsite activities available which can be run by our staff or self-supervised. These activities include Archery Tag, Initiatives course, Rogaine and Orienteering, Low-Ropes, Recreational activities and many others.
On the property and in the local area, there is a range of well-developed mountain bike tracks and several bush/hill walks for you to enjoy during your stay. A short 10-minute drive to Charteris Bay takes you to the local ‘country’ golf course, plus the township of Lyttelton is only 15 minutes around the Harbour with boutique shops, restaurants and markets.
